This palletizing line is the transportation system with the following specifics:

The line is designed for palletizing packets of sugar 50kg to EUR pallets 800x1200, weight 1000kg, capacity of 480 pcs/h (each filler). 

The palletizing line for sugar is a continuation of filling lines 10kg packs of sugar. The package consists of a summary packages of 10 individual packets (10x1kg). Cumulative package is wrapped and tight shrink wrap.

Packets are directing to the zone of reach of the robot which performs stacking packages.

A loaded pallet has inserted the protective film on the bottom and at the top of the palette which is realized robot with clamps for foil. At the end the pallet wraps with protective foil.

In the palletising line is integrated robot KUKA KR120 which performs the palletization.
