Pallet Dispenser or Pallet Magazine.
Besides the storage of empty pallets, the repository also functiones as an extractor of individual pallets and is responsible for directing and transporting them.
This machine is made up of three devices:
• Repository structure with swivel mechanism
• Lifting platform
• Chain conveyor
The pallets are in the holding bay between guides which correctly direct and position them. The repository can hold 12 pallets.
The swivel mechanism with receiving arms (movement 2) enters the side openings on the pallet and provides a place for the upper side pannels to lean against the receiving arms. The recieved pallet carries other pallets on itself.
The lifting platform (movement 1) raises the pallet from the receiving arms (as well as all the others on top of it), while the levers on the swivel mechanism rotate themselves outwards from the side openings and provide passage to pallets. After releasing the pallet, the lifting platform lowers it on to the chain conveyor, while the rotating arms enter the side openings for the next pallet in order.
The pallet lowered onto the chain transporter is extracted while leaning on the surface of the chain (movement 3).
In this manner, individual extraction of the pallets from the repository is provided.
