Other Products

Hereby we list some of our products that have been realized mainly according to our customers’ special requests, or as one of our own ideas that we have dealt with over the course of many years of working and experience.

Automatic step correction mechanism (MAK)

The automatic step correction mechanism is integrated into pre-existing printing, packaging, bag making and other mechanisms which have the need to align paper to the action of executive elements. A photo cell traces the position of reference (imprint, paper edge, etc.) and synchronizes it to the executive element (new colour print, cutting knife and similar).

These devices are adjusted to the existing systems from which the required drive is taken, and then, according to needs, the speed of paper motion is corrected via variation mechanisms.

Paint spreader

The primary function of the spreader is to spread a thin coat of paint on to the paint roller. The excess paint is removed by two blades which must lean against the roller correctly to function properly. The blades must be parallel to the roller axis, and press against the roller hard enough to efficiently remove the excess paint without damaging the roller surface.

The use of the device implies placing the knives in working width, paint inflowing, paper retraction, synchronizing the device to other parts of the machine as a whole and  commissioning of the device. Fine pressure adjustments, positioning and rotation of the elements are also done during the test printing process.

Handle making and insertion module for paper bag production (MOZR)

 MOZR 1

It is possible to integrate a module (MOZR)  on to a bag making machine which adds paper handles to formed bags. The device action includes formation of the handle from a paper strip (folding, cutting), gluing, positioning and attaching to the bag itself.
